1. Who sends these messages

Text messages (SMS) under these terms are sent by Asset Card (“we”, “us”), using Blaze Sales HQ, a customer relationship management system built and operated by PadPros LLC.

2. The messages we send, and why

We text customers, prospects and people who asked to hear from us about our products and services:

Replies and customer care — answering your questions and support requests.
Scheduling — setting up demos, calls and meetings, with confirmations and reminders.
Follow-ups and product information — following up on a conversation, call or request, and sending links to information, videos, presentations or pages about our products and services.
Account and onboarding updates — about an application, setup or account you have with us.
Promotional messages — offers and news about our products and services, if you've opted in to marketing texts.

3. Opting in

You may receive texts from us after you give us your mobile number and agree to hear from us — for example on one of our forms, when you ask us to text you, or by opting in to SMS through the Need Support? form on our website. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, based on your conversations and requests with us — for example, more messages around a scheduled demo or meeting.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. Opting out — STOP

You can stop receiving texts at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START or ask us to resume. You can also opt out through the Need Support? form.

7. Help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message from us for help. You can also reach us through the Need Support? form on our website or by email at privacy@assetcard.spkrd.io.

8. Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can depend on your carrier, coverage and device.

9. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Our Terms of Service also apply.
